Welcome to my webpage. Since September 2018, I am the CEO of Nomad AI OU, a company which designs and builds apps featuring powerful AI functionalities.
Previously, I was a researcher in Machine Learning at Kyoto University (Google Scholar). I did my PhD from March 2014 to June 2018 at the Yamamoto-Cuturi lab of Kyoto University, under the supervision of Marco Cuturi. I was and I am still interested in optimal transport, Riemannian geometry and deep learning.

Apps
Chord AI
Chord AI is an app which does real-time chord recognition for any music on your device or captured by the microphone. I have started this project together with Guillaume Bellec after meeting him at the ICLR 2018 conference.
Yomiwa
The Yomiwa project started in 2013, with the aim of building one of the very first Japanese optical recognition app. The Yomiwa app has since been updated continuously over the years to become the most advanced Japanese dictionary, translator and optical recognizer on the iOS and Android app stores. Since 2014, I am developping the Yomiwa app together with my former PhD colleague Antoine Rolet.
HanYou
The HanYou app is the Chinese sister-app of Yomiwa.
